TWO YEARS!

Loreli is going to be two and its been almost two years since Jackie posted a new topic.... :)

I am Still Alive

Sorry its been so long....things are CRAZY!!!

We have to be out of the trailer by this Saturday and I am leaving town tomorrow night for the weekend! Not smart thinking on my part! Nothing like making my life alittle crazier then normal!

I will update you next week on the house and how it is all coming along and share some pictures!


Miss Loreli is at work with me today because her sitter needed off. I will have to say she has been angel all day and just doing her own thing...well when I turned around to help a client and turned back....this is what I found!

Now I have little piece of paper EVERYWHERE...and I can't vacuum because the turd is taking a nap. I will just get to it tomorrow!

Let just say I am glad the weekend is over!

Let just say that it was pretty calm until yesterday!....

Friday I was invited to my cousins Creative Memories Party in Columbia. Loreli and I just rode with my mom and Rebecca came along too. It was a great night see everyone and just hanging out...it was a late night like always when girls get together!...LOL

Saturday Loreli and I ran some errands in the morning and just hung out the rest of the day. Eli was working on the house pretty much all day...that evening Loreli and I went over to the house to check things out and to say Hi to Ben (he is a good friend and he is doing our tile work). Everything is looking great....we still have a lot to do but it starting to come together....finally!!!

We called Robbie and Tina to see if they wanted to go to supper...so we packed up and headed to Tequila's...it was yummy and lets just say my marg was AMAZING!!!! Momma needed it! We headed home and rested the rest of the night!

Sunday...what a day it turned out to be!

I had to great at church in the morning....Loreli woke up in a mood and I knew there was no way she was gonna be able to sit through church...so I called Grandma and Grandpa to see if they could watch her!

After church was over we had the Stellhorn Christmas Party....it was YUMMY YUMMY food and good to see everyone! Rick (my step dad) and I had planed to texture the wall at the new house that afternoon. I left Loreli with Mom so we could get the walls done and not have a 21 month running around with wet joint compound.

We got to the house and Ben was still working on the tile and Eli stopped in to see if Ben needed anything...He was helping Jay cut firewood out at their farm.

We got started and everything was going great!...until we got about 3/4 of the way done and realized that we were gonna run out of the mixture....I called Eli no answer, so then I called Jay he answered and I was like I need to talk to Eli and he said he isn't here....
Well where is he at we need more Joint compound...

Well he is gonna get mad at me but you need to know...
What Jay....
A tree fell on him and Caleb took him to the ER...
HE IS AT THE ER....OMFG!!!
OK I gotta go and figure out what is going on!

I called Tina to see if she would go to the ER to see what was gong on and let me know how bad it was and stuff....I know I am sure you are all thinking why didn't I go myself...but let just say I was covered in mud, the walls were half way done and needed to get done, we were out of mud and I need to find some asap...if it was super bad Jay would have told me!

I called my Uncle Darrell to see if he had any and he did...so I ran out and got some and were able to move along in the kitchen.

Tina was keeping me up to date the whole time and she called and said that she thought he was ok because he was talking and sitting up. They took him to get a CT Scan of his head and neck....it came back that he had a mild concussion and a strained neck....THANK GOD...that is all that it was because I know it could have been so much worse!

Rick and I were finishing up the Kitchen when Tina called and said that they were on their way because Eli wanted to see the Kitchen....He has a BIG brush mark on the top of his head where the tree hit him and he was moving alittle slow...he said he was in alot of pain. He stayed for a bit and talked to Rick...Jay came over to check on him too! He told Tina he was ready to go home and rest a bit.

We finished everything up, cleaned up and headed home too!

Eli is feeling better this morning and went to work...Loreli woke up with a fever and bad cough...so not looking so good for the week!

Hopefully things will get better soon and we are all back to normally...we have a big week ahead of us...moving!

Skinny Jeans...yes or no?

OK so I have always wanted a pair of them because I think you can wear the cutest stuff with it....boots, sweaters, etc.

I have been scared to buy them because lets face it...I have a BIG ass and not everything looks good on BIG asses!

My sister told me that you just have a buy a pair and you will fall in love....so after probably a year I finally did it because I had a GC and it wasn't really my money...LOL..here they are!


I hope I like them...who knows...maybe they will make my BIG ass look SKINNY!

I had some left over money from the GC so I decided to help my self to a pair of boots that would look good with skinny jeans....

This may sound weird but I am not sure if I like them or not...I hope I do..I don't have any kind of boot like it...fingers crossed!!!

I really wanted these but they didn't have my size...

Weekend Wrap up

Hello all....Hope everyone had a great weekend!!!

Friday we went at visited Santa...I blogged about it but I can't figure out how to insert it so you can just click on it....my blogger has changed!

Anyway...it was a great time and Loreli LOVED Santa!!!

Saturday we didn't really do much other then take family pictures for Christmas Cards and lets just say when you get yours don't judge....Loreli insisted that she hold the toy story movie and DeJa was being a brat and wouldn't look at the camera! I think we ended up with one good one but its not exactly what I wanted but I will take what I can get!

That afternoon I cleaned the house because we had someone coming to look at it and they had called on it 3 times...so lets just say I wanted them to be impressed...and they were...they just have to make sure they can get approved and I think we will have a deal...FINGERS CROSSED!!!!

Eli was craving some Lisa's so we headed to Rocher for supper! It was yummy like always! Loreli ate like a piggy...which she always does but it must have upset her belly because we got home and got her out of the seat she had puked all over herself and the car seat. She is a quiet puker because neither Eli or I heard her and she never cried or anything..a little weird! We got her inside and in the tub then Eli went to the car to clean up and clean the car seat. After a bath she just chilled on my lap till we put her down.

Sunday we pretty much did nothing all morning...other then strap our kid in to watch TV...

Just kidding...We had to put it back together since she puked all over it!
That afternoon I ran to Wal Mart and Eli went over to the house to work for a bit. We invited my dad over for supper and had some tacos. Watched The Good Wife and hit the sack!

It was a pretty relaxed weekend for the most part! I have to get my Christmas Cards together and sent out now and finish up some Christmas shopping!

Going to go see Santa!

Last night we decide to take Loreli to go see Santa in Red Bud....we were pretty sure she was gonna love him....but there is always that chance...well lets just say she did not disappoint. It was SOOOOO cute!

She kept pointing to Santa while we were waiting....she was getting excited!
